RETURN & REFUND

1. Eligible Cases for Return

A return request will be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged

The product is defective

The product received is different from the one ordered

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To process any return or replacement request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The entire unboxing process

The product condition inside the package

⚠️ Important:

If the customer does not have a proper unboxing video, we cannot guarantee return or replacement.

3. How to Submit a Return Request

Customers must send the unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Verification Process

Our team will review the video proof.

If the issue is verified, we will provide either:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund (if replacement is not available)

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

No unboxing video proof is provided

The claim is made after 24 hours of delivery

The product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
